webFitForAll is a project that introduces a collaborative serious gaming platform as a service, composed of software toolkits that integrates common serious games functionalities. It enables third parties to build, commercialise, research, evaluate and exploit serious games (SG) in an agile, stable and standardised way. webFitForAll promotes co-creation of serious games by bringing together all stakeholders early enough. The foreseen stakeholders are: SMEs and freelancer developers: Time and cost efficient SGs agile development. Stable common software and hardware handling processes. Access to remotely acquired feedback and new ideas from elderly users and healthcare professionals. Research groups, academia and research projects: Reliable low cost development tool to conduct research. Easy market penetration on sucessful results. Find enterprises or start-ups that can adopt their product or research results. Ageing citizens: A variety of SGs to select from. SGs tailored to them. Have a say to the serious games’ evolution as beta testers (providing their feedback) of the new games for free, putting patients in the driving seat in accordance with what is promoted by the Digital Single Market. Healthcare Professionals: A growing library of SGs to select from and to work with. Set the rules for the SGs design. Living Labs, pilot sites, patients associations: Join the community as a trial site and broaden the network by creating your own cluster of stakeholders, collaborate trans-nationally with other researchers/LLs, experiment with SGs co-creation methodologies

Thess-AHALL combines social innovation with healthcare advancements by employing gamification techniques in order to bring together all the stakeholders. The continuously growing network of elderly people playing serious game and the healthcare professional advising and experimenting is being opened by Thess-AHALL to other researchers to remotely develop and experiment their serious games through the webFitForAll platform (http://www.fitforall.gr/dev). Other living labs can also join as trial sites supporting and collaborating with other researchers and developers, delivering high quality services to their senior members and experimenting with serious games and co-creation methodologies.
